Chris Murphy
Chris brings over 20 years’ experience of dealing with all aspects of the employment process – from the shop floor to working with directors of multinationals.
Originally hailing from the UK, Chris has Irish parents and is now proud to call Australia home. Starting his career in engineering, Chris moved to the USA, spending twelve years in management, before returning to consulting in London.
Chris’ experience working across sectors, countries and cultural environments which allows him to work closely with clients and candidates, understanding exactly what they are looking for and focusing on finding the right person for the role. Never losing his focus and determination, Chris’ ‘can do’ attitude and consultative approach means, with CaS Personnel, staffing really can be simple!

Sarah Porter
Recently returned home from a lengthy spell in London, where she fine-tuned her natural talent for recruitment, Sarah has one goal in mind: to make recruitment simple for business in Australia. And so, CaS Personnel opened its doors.
With over a decade of recruitment success behind her, including working with organisations and companies, such as The House of Lords and The House of Commons, The Bank of England, Compass Group, and Sodexho, Sarah’s success can be pinned down to her having a passion for recruitment, a winning way with people and an in-depth understanding of what business actually needs.
